How long does it take to process an order?
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped. Some orders may be processed quicker, but a good estimate is 3-5 days.
What about shipping?
Shipping times depend on your location. Domestic shipping is estimated at 3-5 business days. For international shipping, it is 7-21 business days. Please note the shipping time starts after the processing time.
You will emailed a tracking number once it's shipped. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
I didn't receive a confirmation or shipped email.
Make sure to check your spam folder! Many times the confirmation email or the email with the tracking number gets sent there. If you still don't see it, reach out to us at livelifebranded@gmail.com and we will provide you with the info!
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide! But before placing your International order, please check with your local customs office to find out if you are required to pay additional customs/duties fees. You are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) required by your country of residence. For international orders, the customer is responsible for any custom fees that may apply.
